3 Point Linkage Trencher

DESCRIPTION:

The Trench IT TPL is a Three Point Linkage - PTO driven trencher. The TPL trencher is rugged, strong and a powerful trencher designed for the contractor and hire centre industry.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

PRIME MOVER: a 30 - 40 HP tractor with hydrostatic transmission (automatic).
DIGGING DEPTH: Up to 1200mm with various chain options.
DIGGING WIDTH: from 100, 150, 200 ,250mm wide trench with various chain options.
WEAR PARTS: Easily replaced. Quality USA trenching parts, with tungsten carbide cutting teeth.
SLIP CLUTCH: This protects the tractor and trencher from undue shock loading.
SPOIL HANDLING: Auger places soil neatly to one side, to allow easy access to trench.
CRUMBER BAR: Grades trench as you work.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

The TPL trencher is designed to operate on tractors with hydrostatic drive transmission or creep gear box that does not exceed 0.2kph or 0.12 mile/hr.
Tractors most suitable should not exceed 45HP.
The tractor should be fitted with rear auxiliary hydraulics, this is for the operation of the hydraulic ram for depth control.
