1. Chassis:

2. Controls and comfort   

Cabin: comfortable cabin mounted in the middle of the main chassis. Warm water heater is included, as well as comfortable seat and radio. Accessible via stairs and platform.
Crawlers: controlled by means of 2 handles
Manometers: mounted to outside of cabin
Control panel: modern control panel with durable switches and motor management information system

3. Undercarriage 

Crawler chassis: Oscillating on axles. Front axle hinged to main chassis. Fixed rear axle connected to crawler chassis
Final drive gearboxes: Planetary gearboxes
Mounted to final gearbox: 1 hydraulic variable displacement motor
Track rollers: D7 equivalent
Rollers: D7 top and bottom rollers
Roller guidance: 2 x D7 equivalent on each side of crawler chassis

4. Plow Mechanism

Pivot frame: articulation curvature of plow in horizontal plane 4 degrees to RH and LH    adjustment by means of 2 hydraulic cylinders

Blade shoe: 1x hard face welded, detachable with tip (size is optional)

Cooling system: radiator (water/air) with hydraulic fan drive ambient

Pump drive gearbox (front): for hydraulic circuit crawler drive and cylinder system
Fuel tank: 2 x 400 liter

6. Hydraulic system 

Mounted to pump drive gearbox: in closed system two hydraulic variable displacement pumps  Mounted to each final gearbox: one hydraulic variable displacement motor
Oil cooler: cooler with hydraulic fan drive  (for crawlers and cylinders)
Control valves: Depth/Lifting cylinders : proportional 24V
Other valves   : on / off
Cylinder system: closed loop system, max. pressure 250 bar
Hydraulic crawler drive system: closed loop system, max. pressure 400 bar

7. Safety and protection 

Engine hood: Engine hood, isolated and with inspection doors and locks
Toolbox: standard size and mounted to main chassis

8. Drain guide 

Reels: 2x hydraulically adjustable reels at left hand side of chassis,  controlled from cabin and left hand side of chassis
Pipe box: Standard pipe box suitable for diameter 200 mm . Pipe box is equipped with a handle and rod to lift the pressure wheel.
